    I am not familiar with the training provider, do they offer any samples of their material so you can check if it is good quality. My recommendation would be to use Internetwork Expert (INE) they offer their CCNA and CCNA Voice video series course for free and should be sufficient to pass the exams.

    For getting experience with Cisco IOS you can use the simulator Packet Tracer which should have all the functionality you require for the CCNA or GNS3 which emulates routers, not switches.

    GNS3 takes a bit of effort to setup but offers the full functionality of a router, here is a link to GNS3 setup /overview
