The TFI journey planner is suggesting about 50 minutes Heuston-Airport departing around 17:30-18:00 on a Wesnesday evening. Does that sound reasonable?

Luas to Busaras and 747 from there is only a couple of minutes quicker according to the journey planner so the no changes option would be preferable.

The Bus Aras bottleneck can be a bit of problem. My fault with the 747 is that some services seem to run late or get a little bunched up at peak. However I would say that that journey time is accurate.

Once you get to the point (O2) you fly out to the airport. The port tunnel is great.
