Is this a good way to get all the latest designer gear?

My choices are stained knickers belonging to the Chinese woman next door, or baby clothes...I'd rather my own.

Most designer gear is dry cleaned. So no. Unless you mean designer tracksuits which giving you're considering robbing from clothes lines is probably what you mean.

Probably better robbing the clothes from the line if looking for something to wear.

Stained knickers ----> Ebay = Profit.

Especially if they are stained by an Asian!
eBay probably would not command the same premiums as a "specialist" site would though?

Ahh so thats were my knickers have been going:D
Seriously though I haven't dried clothes outdoors for years as I was sick of my underwear vanishing off the washing line. Its creepy that someone scaled a 6 foot wall to get my undies.
I never put stained underwear outdoors, thats disgusting

I only ever rob clothes from a line when I'm starring in a Hollywood movie and I'm being chased by some foreign police force down the alley of a run-down part of town and need a quick disguise.

...could have been worse. They could have 'borrowed' them and put them back.....

A few years back i had an interview and my suit was robbed from the line after i washed it. I had to throw something together for for the Interview. The next day the suit was thrown in my back garden. Some neighbors down the road had a wedding the day they went missing. so we think they borrowed it.

People shouldn't be too hard on the knicker thieves. They're all part of a functioning ecomomy. If they didn't stroke the knickers, women would finally have enough of them and stop buying more. Think of the impact on the retail and manafacturing sectors.

Im just imaging some dude sitting on a mountain of stained knickers, brandy in his right hand and a fresh pair of stolen knickers in his left about to bring them up to his nose for a sniff

just use one of those electric fence things they use for the cattle as a clothes line

    should stop stuff disappearing

Well the knicker sniffer is a different breed. He requires his knickers unwashed, and therefore has to gain entry to the domicile to retreive them from the laundry basket/corner they've been dumped in/wall they stuck to. As a result, many regard him as a pest.

Stealing under wear is a bit below the belt in fairness.

You seem to know a lot about this.

I personally don't find that suspicious at all though.;)

A Belfast Protestant man bought his wife a pair of Union Jack knickers.
Everytime he pulled them down there was a protest.
