Tour Operator in Dublin for Italian holiday

Hi, I am trying to plan my honeymoon to Italy. I would like to do this through a tour operator as there are more guarantees if there are any delays/cancellations. Trailfinders, which was recommended to me, does not cover Europe. Can anyone recommend a good Tour op in Dublin? Thanks
