Guitarist/bass player here with vocals, many years experience , based in Roscommon.

Where exactly are you based?

Without sounding smart i'd like to know what you mean by the term "Bread heads"? Am i to assume whoever you hire won't be paid much??

As I understand it, a "Breadhead" is someone who lacks loyalty and commitment and is willing to abandon his post as soon as a better offer comes along.

What I mean by Bread Head is a guy who wants to be paid a set fee no matter what the Band earns on the night and isn't prepared to engage in Wedding Showcase Events for example where there is no payment to the Band but which delivers valuable wedding work without his set fee.

The Band plays pubs/weddings/dances etc where amount of payment differs and while everyone is fairly treated and properly paid myself and the singer aren't prepared to lose money to pay someone's set fee.
