Complimentary Strength Training

    Just looking for a bit of advice re: strength training for tri. I'm still very new I'm not looking for something that's going to tire me out too much. Just something that will help strengthen core. I started pilates but the time of the class doesn't suit. I've heard kettlebells is good, though it scares the bejaysus out of me. I could even do a home circuit, just wondering what kind to include in it/ how often I should be doing it.
