    After a slight detour into house and techno terrain, I've recently gone back to my main squeeze, instrumental downtempo.
    'Heads', my second album under the name Grouse, was released late last year.

    Dan Hegarty (2FM) had it in his top 5 Irish album of 2012...which was nice.

    If anyone is interested, the CD is available in Elastic Witch (Twisted Pepper), Spindizzy, Tower Records and Amazon etc. and for download on iTunes, Amazon etc. etc.
