Dual Citizenship

I have a query regarding the issue of dual citizenship. My issue is, I was born in 1990 in England to Irish parents who were living in England at the time. I spent just under a year in England before my parents and I moved back to Ireland. I have been living in Ireland ever since. I have a British birth certificate and an Irish passport.

    I would like to know:
Am I entitled to a British passport?

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yep, you're British as far as the embassy is concerned and they'll gladly give you a passport for €180 (to think people complain about paying €80 for an Irish one).
