I just used it and got the same message, but it does apply the discount if you look at the summary at the end. I think the message just warns that you can't apply another coupon as well.

How do people find the delivery from Superquinn? Do they send the freshest of products or is it like tesco who send the almost out of date stuff?

Never had issue with the dates. Milk and Bread are always fresh and the Veg are fine. Being shopping with them for over a year now online as I study at night and have no time to shop during the week. In fariness they nearly always deliver the stuff earlier than expected as well so no hanging around for hours waiting for your 2 hour slot to arrive.

Once had a funny one were I ordered 3 Muller rice cartons and was charged for 333 of them so when I rang the next day was given an immediate apology, refund and a bottle of wine delivered to the home. I only wanted the refund, it was a genuine glitch which I understood but the lady went out of her way to show it was a mistake.

You pick a time you want it delivery (2 hour window) and yes they deliver 7 days. You can try it on the site, and pick a time and day before submitting if you want to see how it works

Everyone must be taking up this offer cause I can't get a slot till late tomorrow and a bit anoyed at the difference in price for delivery so only really getting €12 or €14 or €16 off after delivery charge.

Superquinn in Ranelagh have €10 off every €30 purchase in store. Probably to do with a similar offer from the new Lidl that opened down the road.

I have found that if the offer is available instore it will be applied correctly at the till regardless of the fact its showing as full price on the site. If it showing as a special on the site and its not applied instore then if you ring customer service they will refund you the difference with no hassle.

Ordered from them couple of months ago. All the frozen items were completely defrosted. I'll never use them again after that

yes, unusually the delivery dates are quite specific. I used it last night for delivery tonight at €6 which only gives me a €14 saving but 6 bottles of my wife's favourite wine which is already reduced from 16.29 to 12 plus 5% off that and 40 bottles of Heineken for €35 makes it worthwhile and saves me a trip to a store.
