Driving through Athboy

    I need to get from Delvin to Trim. The traffic in Athboy is sometimes a bit chaotic. Just wondered is there any shortcut from the N51 onto the Trim road which would bypass Athboy?

    Turn at Higginstown (Bawn Inn) then go via Kildalkey on to Trim. Not sure how much of a shortcut it would be though.

    Aw we don't bite in athboy just drive slowly and you will get over the bumps quickly:D
