Hi, I am an unemployed plumber with a young family and have no option but to seek work abroad. Not wanting to up root children etc. we have decided that if I could find work in europe and travel home every few weeks/mts. I have been in contact with Irish plumbers who are working in Northern Europe on a 6 wks on and 2 wks off basis, I have subsequently contacted these companies but there's no recruitment at present. Could anyone advise me on where to go/recruitment agencies/recruiting companies/websites. Would really appreciate the help, have sent so many CV's etc. to no avail.

I found ICDS completely unprofessional TBH applied to a few of their ads and not so much as an acknowledgement apart from a lousy 'what is your mobile?', even though this info was supplied on my CV and certs that where requested, so thread with caution with that crowd. Try Conteck from Clonmel they are friendly and professional and have regular work in Norway. Jobs starting in Oslo airport soon.
