    Hi there,

I have been in a company for quiet some times, and it seems that although I sign my employment contract under certain condition.
My employer is not willing to comply to those condition.

I will need to get some legal advice on the matter, and so I am looking for a solicitor specialise in employment law.

Can anybody recommend someone or somewhere where I can find some information ?

I have contacted the citizen information which advice me to claim to the right commissionaire but I will wish to explain the whole case to a solicitor and get a expert opinion. ;)

    Thanks for the help

Thanks a million for the link I had a read to it, and also this one http://www.workplacerelations.ie.

I have engaged several conversation but I am getting a negative answer, and the company is unwilling to discuss the matter any further with me.

I don't have any union in my industry or company as I work into a small company.

I feel at this stage the need of talk to an expert and explain my grievance, the person might be able to tell me if there is or not possible for me to claim anything or not.
