NGB Line Speed Increase

    Hi Folks,

    Got Broadband installed last month, 8 MB NGB, however only seeing 2 MB of it, any chance you can work your magic and upgrade my speeds for me, 2 miles from exchange, was told when ordering that i could avail of 8 MB,

    The distance from the exchange may be the issues here, however I will look into wether I can help increase the speeds.
