Does anyone here have any experience with getting their University Degree evaluated by either University of Toronto or World Education Services(WES) in order to have it matched with its Canadian equivalent?

I am currently trying to enroll with the Society of Management Accountants to start the CMA program and they won't recognise my degree. I have a BComm from UCD.

Anyway the two mentioned institutions are the only ones they accept so I was hoping someone could recommend one over the other? UofT is more expensive but they seem to offer the same service. If anyone knows what the difference between them is I would appreciate it!
