connecting to steam in ucc

Only ports you can use externally are 80 and 443 afaik. I'd say something like this would work. That says that hidemyass supports OpenVPN on port 443 which should work fine in theory but I haven't tried it. You might be able to get a VPS and setup your own openvpn server which might work out cheaper than hidemyass but more trouble.
