connecting to steam in ucc

(this question will only make sense to gamers and comp science people) ok so i cant connect to steam in ucc, but im living in castlewhite and i want to play in offline mode but i need to connect to login, otherwise it wont let me login because my details werent saved on the computer when i logged in last time. anyone know…

Only ports you can use externally are 80 and 443 afaik. I'd say something like this would work. That says that hidemyass supports OpenVPN on port 443 which should work fine in theory but I haven't tried it. You might be able to get a VPS and setup your own openvpn server which might work out cheaper than hidemyass but more trouble.
