Lots of fillings...

So as the title says I need lots of fillings. 8 to be exact, a crown and they are keeping an eye on four more. The dentist has given me mouth wash to try and build up my teeth (I had X-rays 3 months before I got pregnant but needed none of these fillings. Vomited non stop for 9 months its not that I didn't brush my teeth…

So as the title says I need lots of fillings. 8 to be exact, a crown and they are keeping an eye on four more. Vomited non stop for 9 months its not that I didn't brush my teeth for the last 18 months. Although to be fair brushing my teeth was an impossibility alot of the time when I was pregnant). Does anything actually help with getting my teeth into a better state? I can't afford 8 fillings straight away so going to have to do them bit by bit but they are top priority right now. Is there anything else I can do?
