I owned one for a few months. Never needed to change anything about it. Never had any issues with it bar it jamming a little but that was my own fault for not keeping the barrel clean. Once I cleaned it out it was back to normal. Great workhorse of a gun.

Ya it seems to be very reliable.. I just want one main decent AEG.. Sick of constantly breaking cheaper end AEGs!! Was thinking of maybe running a lipo on it but I hear it might fry some of the internals!

wouldn't suggest a lipo, stick to a 7v lipo if you're really pushed about using one, but would first change the wiring and contacts though.
Dboys have really stepped up in the last couple of months I find. Most guns I've fixed for people in the last couple of months were G&G, G&P and some very old style JG and Dboys but haven't seen a recent D boys fail in while, the only problem I find my self is that the metal used is extremely cheap and tends to snap at the stock tube, but they may have fixed that since :)
In general good solid gun, I picked it up while in Hobbyairsoft a while back it's pretty heavy too :)

Thanx for the advice.. Only reason I want a lipo is for ROF.. Great trigger response but still could be better ROF even with a 9.6!!

Its made by Cyma not dboys.
But that means they are even better!
I currently own a m4a1 made by cyma which is marketed as a cybergun m4.
They are brilliant for the money, I love it more than my new g&p m16, its my go to gun for those rainy days, cant recommeend then enough

Ya seems to be an excellent gun.. Have you had a look around at the internals at all?
