Family History Resource File

    I have a number of Cd's which have only Resource File Viewer 2.0+
    with cd1 and I find that I cant load it on a laptop with XP an anyone help

    Wouldn't it be best posting in a tech forum? This isn't really a genealogy issue.

    Does Windows recognise that there's a CD in the drive?

    Do you see the files but are unable to open/access them via Windows Explorer ?
