APS M4 Patriot

    APS Patriot ASR106 CQB Airsoft Rifle

    This has been used once at Hilltop and once, to great effect, at The Compound.

    This is a CQB wepaon, but holds its own on longer ranges, chrono'd at 289fps on 0.25g BB's.

    Details:
    • Full metal construction
    • Ver 2 Hybrid APS gear box (blowback disabled)
    • Upgraded hopup
    • Front fore grip with integrated LED torch
    • Hi cap mag
    • Side rail covers x 4
    • Cleaning rod
    • 8.4V NiMH battery

    All work carried out by N11Outdoor store on the internals.

    An absolute steal at €175.00!!

    where are you based? can you confirm FPS with .20g? are you the first owner? how was the blowback disabled and can it be re activated?

    Hmm, post went missing, based in Wicklow, can confirm with 0.2's when I am back at the weekend, I am the first owner, the new Hybrid gearbox from APS does not allow the blowback function in the older M4 chassis, normal enable and disable is done by removing the return spring from the top of the gearbox.

    so is this hybrid gearbox in an older M4 chassis?
    can the blowback be fixed in this M4?

    OK, the story so far, the ASR106 had the blowback originally, the weapon is perhaps about 12 months old, the gearbox required replacing, as the casing was cracked, I ordered, direct from APS, a complete new gearbox, the Hybrid, which was stated as fully compatible with the APS M4 chassis, it,s not, hence the need to disable the blowback, all parts are genuine APS, but remember, an APS M4 chassis is not the same as a G&G or Ares etc...

    The fps given above translates to .95 Joule.
