ah this is not really bout the trail cam but you can hire/rent cctv from professional security companys all covertly installed and high enough quality for gaurds and court ect, i worked in security for several years and it has proven its effectivness many times

It is one of those things mate, you pay for what you get. Usually the higher price you go the better quality. I bought a Tasco trail cam for about €50 it is OK but the sensor is a bit weak. They don't flash and can record videos for 15 seconds. They work in the dark fine.
Just make sure to hide it well because if they see it they will most likely take it.

This is the camera on pheasants. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwzXVyTVakw

I know nothing about trail cams but often considered getting one.

This one interested me (haven't a clue of quality - must do more research) but the fact that the LED are invisible and it sends a photo to your mobile as soon as it's triggered fascinated me....you would be alerted while they were still there.....chance to call the Gardaí and catch them red -handed.

The Bushnell Trophy is ok but the infrared leds can be seen from a few yards away. Try and spend a few bob more and get one with a "blackflash". This cannot be seen by the eye from more then 2 or 3 feet away
