Video Playback Problems via HDMI on tv

I'm having some issues where I try to watch a film on the tv with the hdmi cable hooked up from the desktop to the television. Everything is fine for a few mins then the screen turns green as the pic attached shows. Any idea how to get around it? Tried different hdmi cables and no luck.

Check temps, could well be a heat related issue.
