    Hi
    Looking for a swim coach for a few sessions in the Limerick area. I'm well able to swim for swimming sakes, but my technique is not the best(Hardly move my legs and drag my lower body through the water) and as i'm looking to get into tri i want to try to do something about it.

    any recommendations on a swim coach in the area?

    Check out Limerick Masters swimming club. They appear to train 3 times a week;
