Could it be possible that Bethany might have a baby brother or sister when they come back, if Sarah had an Italian lover? I'm just speculating.

i'd love to see these two come back now, bethany would be around the same age sarah lou was when she got preggers

She didn't bother coming back when her mother was in prison for murder so I doubt she'd be too bothered about Nick.
