PC Specialist waiting time

    Hey, just wondering if a few of the users here who've used PC Specialist could advise me on waiting times.

    Today, Feb 5th, marks the 11th working day I've been waiting on my laptop. The last message I have received off them was this day last week when I was told the building process was almost complete and once testing was completed it'd be dispatched soon.
    I have not heard anything since.

    I emailed then asking about it yesterday morning, getting nothing but an automated reply telling me they'll back to me soon. I also tried calling there a few mins ago and couldn't get through to them.

    Needless to say I'm a bit worried about all this. I am an IT student so each day i'm waiting it means i'm falling that bit further behind in class, and I expected more contact from the company after reading all the reviews. When you're spending such a sum of money on a product I'd expect to be kept more in the know about the process and waiting times.

    Has anyone here had similar experiences with them,or is it just bad luck for me?

    I got to day 13 and gave a call,I got throught on the second attempt.Told them I needed it for work,white lie, and within an hour it was out of production and in testing.I got the laptop 2 days later and it was worth the wait.
