    Hi all, I've a question about means testing and maintenance. I'm aware that maintenance is means tested, but I'm not getting clear cut figures from what I have found on line.

    I'm on a SW payment with two dependant children, and after a lengthy stint in court rooms it seems there has been an interim offer of €60 from my ex (hes on SW). I suppose I need to know where I stand financially if the maintenance effects my own SW payment? We don't have any shared debt, property or assets, so I assume it should be straight forward.

    Is there any set figure in terms of maintenance that you cannot go over without effecting your own payment? Any info would be much appreciated, thanks :)
