I would recommend you to go to Tai O in Lantau if you got the time. Or a walk on Lamma Island and have seafood in a restaurant called Rainbow Seafood Restaurant. However, you might find it extremely hot in July and might not like the idea of going for a walk. Hong Kong is hot and humid summer so it's very uncomfortable weather wise.

Go to Knutsford Terrace around Jordon and Tsim Sha Tsui for dinner, you will like it.

If you like shopping, you can now go to a big new shopping centre called the Elements. You can take Metro to go there. They sell high class stuff.

For cheap funny stuff, go to Fa Yuen Street or Tung Choi Street in Mong Kok. Remember to bargain! You can even bargain to half, the shop keeper would probably say no, then you just walk away, he will then give you a much cheaper price, well, take it if you want, or try a little bit more see whether you can get it cheaper. It's a game! :)
