Question about DIY divorce.. in which order?

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone has done their own divorce? Myself and soon to be ex-hubby are almost four years seperated.

    I've just started completing the forms, there are so many forms and it's getting a bit confusing. Can anyone tell me what order I need to file the forms?

    Just to say that we have no children, amicable seperation, mortage and all finanical's have been sorted out when we signed out seperation agreement four years ago.

    So I need to lodge..

    Family Law Civil Bill
    Notice of Motion
    Affidavid of Service
    14 Day Warning Notice


    I don't think I need to lodge 'affidavit of welfare'as there are no children.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.
