It should shoot the same FPS with every mag

The FPS is determined by the Volume of CO2 that is released from the mag when the striker impacts the release valve near the top of the mag
So you need to alter the pistol to release less CO2 and with less CO2 coming from the mag there is a reduction in FPS, there are 2 ways of doing this

1/ reduce the length of the striker so that it does not open the valve fully and as such less CO2 is released from the mag and therefore the FPS is reduced
The main disadvantage of this method is that you need to dismantle the trigger mechanism to get at the striker and then reassemble to test and you might have to repeat this step several times to get the FPS right

2/ reduce the force that propels the hammer onto the striker which will not fully open the valve by either fitting a weaker spring or cutting the existing spring

Thanks for your reply DeBurca, but it sounds like I could wreck it in the atempt to reduce it, I find GBB's very finicky I'd prefer to buy one shooting correctly and save myself the bother :)
