Recruitment open day

Im going to a recruitment open day for a healthcare provider on Friday and was wondering what should I do ? Do I treat it as if im going to an interview ? Clean shaven, shirt and tie ? I attended an open interview day before in a shirt and tie, shiny shoes and a smile but I was the only one, every one else was dressed…

I attended an open interview day before in a shirt and tie, shiny shoes and a smile but I was the only one, every one else was dressed casual.

All advise welcome.

Smart cas will do. Don't go in jeans/joggers, but a nice shirt, trousers and shoes will do.
