Hi I have a phobia of fainting, did think it was fear of blood but now believe that its a fear of fainting triggered by seeing blood or thinking about for example a needle entering a vein, Can anyone help

Is it only the thoughts of blood / needles that makes you feel faint and thus you feel scared/weak?
Or do other things trigger that feeling as well?

mainly the thought of needles entering a vein, not bothered about muscular injections or going to the dentist but giving blood very difficult (would normally pass out), a sharp knife cutting flesh also makes me feel uncomfortable.
