My friend works for a company that has just gone into receivership.
The writing was on the wall for the last year or so and the owner knew so he has taken out as much money as he could for himself and the members of staff that are his family members whilst not paying other members of staff for the last month or two.
IS there any way for these staff members at a creditors meeting (or any other way) to see exactly how much he took in wages for himself and family members in the last year?

    You could contact the receiver?

They might be interested in the payments.

Edit: I would be careful about making accusations though - without proof it is just an unsubstantiated rumour.

It depends upon the legal structure of the company, so dependent upon size, the information may be in the public domain...
