Sound sync problem with pvr

HPVR. When I view the file in vlc after its recorded, I can't see the video only the audio. When I view in windows media the same. Media player classic works but the sound is out by a few seconds. The media players play movies etc perfect, so is it a problem with the hdpvr?Really annoying. What is the problem, any ideas?…

When I had sync issues before it was because of the software I was using.

What are you using?
