    Hi,
My friend failed the maths ordinary level last year. He didn't plan to repeat it this year but now he's thinking about it. Do you know if he still could apply for this years exam or should he have done it last year?
Did he have to attend some lessons/school during a whole year after failed exam or could he prepare himself at home and just go on the day of an exam?

He has missed the first deadline for applying as an external student, but if he pays the late fee he can still apply.

He needs to check out the Project Maths situation for him, so I would advise getting some classes from a teacher.
