    cool name, check out MAD mtb club website and EPIC mtb club site, theres loads of junior and begginer programmes on at the mo, for trails legal n illlegal check out coiltte or trailbadger web site n XCOMTB.ie. also theres the cycling ireland off-road site. theres a big beginners race in ballinastoe mtb trails tomorrow at 12 if you want a taste of mtbing!! over 400 racing plus 60 junior riders..great day out for all the family, check out Biking Blitz 2013!!
