Doesn't directy ship to Ireland, so would work out about a extra 10euro. The Samsung one would be better overall.

OCZ build dreadful SSDs. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable SSD manufacturer. Choose a model with decent reviews, too. A dodgy SSD will break your heart.

Have had an OCZ for 13 months now and using it to boot Win8.

    I must be lucky.

I bought an ocz ssd about a year back. Broke my heart trying to figure out what was giving me the BSODs. It was the ssd. A year later I decided to take it out of the drawer and try the latest firmware update. It has been rock solid since then.

I'm on the Vertex 2 60GB since October and no issues so far. But would think twice before going into this one (128G Petrol).

Out of 5 vertex plus's that we got for testing purposes last year, 2 were RMA'd, 1 is still alive and the other 2 are gathering dust because as we cannot risk putting them in a client machine. In the same period, we've put 50+ crucial M4s (not V4, they're absolutely terrible) into action and only had issues with 1.

Dodged a bullet there so, couldn't even risk putting them in raid at that rate, looks like moodrater was right then. Settled on the M4 myself too delighted with them it was that or samsung 840 but definitely not keen on the TLC drives..

Depends what client we talking about. I have few 64GB ssd's in local network machines, but as they are just terminals and all files are saved on servers there is no risk of loosing any data if they die. And recreate them is just a matter of minutes (image copy + adding them to domain).
