Why do PP take soooooooooooooooo long to settle certain bets?

I did a treble on the +1.5 goal line on 3 pm games, the last result I needed came in at about 4.30, here we are at nearly 6 pm and only two of the results have been settled. Do they do this by hand or something?! :mad:

Go on to live chat an they will forward it to the settlement team there an then an it will get settled for you.
