I purchased this BIO bike on Adverts recently but the frame is far too big for me. Ie 24" + (I do not work in metric :) ) The Frame is from a very rare eastern Europe manufacturer using Oria butted Aluminum Tubing ( Oria would be in par with Reynolds or Columbus)

There is a set of excellent condition fully chromed authentic Columbus sloping crown forks on this bike.

    I can manage a frame size of 21 1/2" to 22 1/2".

I would be willing to swap this frame for a clean frame of its equivalent lightweight specifications but in a smaller size. Ie Reynolds / Oria / Columbus.

Alternatively I may consider a direct swap for a complete smaller bike with a retro period group set. This bike is fitted with a complete Shimano 106 Groupset with indexed period down tube leavers.
