    Hi All,

im trying to change the outer barrell on my aeg. but i cnt not get my delta ring off.
its getting really frustrating for me.

i have been searching the net and i can not find anything to help me out not even on youtube. except that i found a video on youtube and i think the guy is speaking polish.

but i just cant seem to get it off to change the barrell.

here are some images of it. i have some oil sprayed in there trying to unscrew it but it aint working.

please help i want to get this done today so i can head off airsoft tomorrow.

if anyone can find a video or an easy step by step i would be grateful.
    thanks for your help

you can use the special tool, a large vice grips, or waterpump pliers*.

if you can, clamp the upper receiver in a vice or similar. use one of the tools mentioned above, carefully grip the part with the spikes and turn in a counter clockwise direction, remember lefty loosey, righty tighty.

    * using a vice grips or water pump pliers may cause damage, try to wrap the part your moving in a cloth or similar before you grip it to minimise any damage.
