Hi, I know this has been asked before but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer.

I'm living in Cork and receiving RA. I need to transfer to Limerick to take up a Springboard course. Do I have to go through the whole process of reapplying for RA?

My original application took months to process and I'm really skint. I just can't afford the cost of rent while waiting for a new application to go through.

Can I just transfer the payment to a new address or do I have to go through the whole process from the beginning again?
