HAVE A SOLID FUEL STOVE IN THE LIVING ROOM.WE JUST BURN TIMBER.
THE FLUE ENTERS THE WALL AT APPROX 2M OFF THE GROUND.WE HAVE
A STRAIGHT SECTION AND 2 BENDS BEFORE FLUE ENTERS WALL.WHEN WE LIGHT IT FIRST ITS FINE BUT AFTER A WHILE I THINK IT STARTS LEAKING.
YOU CAN FEEL IT IN YOUR EYES FIRST.ANY ADVICE.
ITS AN OISIN STOVE AND NOT CONNECTED UP TO ANY RADIATORS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.ALSO WHERE IT ENTERS THE WALL IS STARTING TO GO BLACK AND THE PAINT IS FLAKING AWAY.HELP

It seems from your post that the bends are at the top of the 2 mt of flue, before entering the wall, and also if this is the case, they ar 90 degree bends, and so greatly reducing the ability of the chimney to draw correctly, and so leak at the four potential leak points,
If installing 90 degree bends they should only be directly attached to the stove,
Also of interest is what is the flue connected to, when it enters the wall.
Time I think to get a competent person to assess the installation.
A carbon monoxide meter may be an idea until then.......

we have three 45 degree bends in the flue. The make up of the flue is one straight flue, then two 45 degree, then another 45 degree then a straight going into the wall at a 45 degree angle.Already have a carbon monoxide alarm
