    Hi all,
OK yesterday my modem is working all fine. Wife unplugs by mistake. I come home and plug it back it. Modem fires up all lights but WiFi not working.

OK take my modem and connect to my laptop with an Ethernet cable no connection, have a reboot and still no connection. I can not even access the admin page. Yet all lights are on and the Ethernet is flashing away.

Pressed the reset button but this had no effect. Upc support were little help.

    Any here know any tips...
Can I nip out to Argos and but a new cable modem?

    Thanks in advance

Changing the modem isn't an option.

Call UPC and get them to sort it
