    hi all.

I am now Irish citizen from naturalization and I am married to non-eu wife.We updated her GNIB Stamp 4 card last week without any payment,(I know its €300) but I forgot to ask immigration officer for my wife re-entry visa fee.

Does anyone know Do we have have pay €100 multi-entry visa fee for her? As she is now married to Irish national!

As far as i know, visa fees are waived for spouse of Irish citizens, including re-entry visas.

This from the re-entry visa application form
Under EU Law the following are exempt from fees:
    • Spouses of EEA (including Irish) and Swiss nationals (Original passport of EEA/Swiss national and original marriage certificate required as evidence)

The re-entry Visa for the Spouse of an Irish Citizen is free of charge, as is the Stamp 4.
