I was signing for credits from Sept to begining of Jan, and my partner was getting the qualified adult increase in his illness benefit payment.

I opened my own claim in the begining of Jan under the advice of my CWO. He stated I would qualify for the 188 and an increase for daughted.

However, I am currently getting supp wel pay on a Thursday and its still the qualified adult amt with daughter.

My sw office said I will b collecting on a wed once my claim us approved and ill get a letter stating so.

My question is, will I b paid back pay on the diff between what I'm getting now and what I know I should be getting (CWO said I would definitely qualify)

    Many thanks

Yes you will get the difference when your claim is sorted.
