    Hey

I'm getting a 'No signal' on my CK3100. I need to do a flash update, the bluetooth connection isnt working either. Does anyone know where I could get the flash update cable at a good price.. had a quick look on ebay and dont fancy paying €35+ quid for a cable that I'll prob just need for 5 mins!

    Cheers

according to parrot if you get a "no signal" then the unit has a problem and has to be taken from the vehicle for repair :(

It needs a flash update which I normally do over bluetooth but the bt connection isnt working either. No afaik I cant get into any menus either.

From reading the manuals it just needs a particular cable to flash the rom

Does your computer have a serial port (many don't). If it doesn't you may need a USB-to-Serial converter cable, further adding to your cost.

It might be worth a shot asking a few retailers/installers if they can install the update for you.
