Lidl assessment centre 2013

Has anyone heard back from the assessment centre yet?? The wait is killing me and I've no idea what they were assessing us on....:-/

Nope havent heard anything but I know of someone who has gotten a rejection email so fingers crossed!

I'm waiting to hear back too. What had me concerned was that I'd seen in another boards thread from 2 years ago that Lidl had contacted one successful applicant by phone 3-4 days after the assessment. One or two unsuccessful candidates had not been contacted up to 3 weeks afterwards. But if they have already sent out rejection emails then I won't give up hope just yet. Best of luck to you both with it.

Good luck to you too! What stream did you apply for? I applied for HR. do you mind seeing if you could link that other thread here?

Post 11 is where I got the info.

I've applied for supply chain. How did you find the assessment? I thought it was pretty difficult to make yourself stand out without seeming overbearing. But I'm sure the staff knew what they were looking for.

I see.. Slightly worried now! They said it'd be within 2 weeks and it'll be two weeks on Tuesday, so I hope we hear soon. I applied for HR so I tried to talk etc when asked questions but at the same time, didn't want to seem ott....

Eh they where sent out Thursday morning! I applied for HR too, I feel liek everyone was just trying to make theior voice heard even though most of what people where saying was nonsense ha!

well someone has, that other chap said he knows someone who got a email last week saying unsuccessful. but it seems those involved here have heard nothing yet. a phone call may be more speedy, wonder would it just nag them?

I emailed them already so a phone call can't hurt! Let me know what they say!

I think i'll give them a bit more time. Don't want to be that impatient candidate hounding busy people with phone calls ha. God i'm checking my e-mail every hour for the e-mail at this point.

Don't give up hope yet, I'd say they're going through everything, there were a lot of candidates! Let us know how you get on

Heard nothing all morning so I called the HR department. They said that they were still organising the replies for my stream and we would all be informed, successful or not, at the same time which will be very soon. That was early this afternoon and still nothing now so it looks like Monday before the rest of us hear back.
