Cant find deleted file

I was typing on microsoft word and i saved part of the document....i then continued on typing a further 2 more pages when suddenly my laptop crashed and now when i try to look for the file i get the stuff i saved but im wondering could any1 tell me how i can locate the 2 pages i dint save ?

In Word in options - Save - Auto save what is the frequency set at. If it is not set or set at a longish period and you type very fast then the missing pages are just that.

I have mine set at ten minutes.
