Who DID win those 7 Tours de France?

    Lance Armstrong was stripped of his 7 tour de France wins. So how come nobody else was awarded them instead?? I mean SOMEBODY must have actually came in in the best time, or were they all on drugs?

    NB. this list may not be complete since reputable papers can be sued by lying cheating scumbags who later admit that they were in fact doped to the gills

    NB. More names may come out in future, recent wins should be cleaner but stuff like this may not see the light for years and it's an arms race.
