I am looking for somebody to rebuild a Smart 599cc engine, usual story with these engines, burning more oil than petrol presently. Any suggestions on a good engine shop.

I though they were much more prone to valve issues then oil burning problems.

Buy yourself a copy of Car Mechanics mag and get the last few back issues. A smart had it's engine overhauled in detail, albeit the bigger variant.

Started in the Sept 2012 issue
