    i have a cgem dx but its really not strong enough now since
    my GSO 10" RC and ATIK 383 ccd and finder only 14lbs to spare
    im really only able to take images because is on a pier otherwise
    id have no chance so this is why id swap with some cash i know
    some say the cge pro is too big and all and too heavy to lift and
    all that stuff. :D

    wow thats a monster that you have....
    have you tried hanging weights from your tripods accesory tray?usually it greatly improves stability and going to save you quite a lot of money...
    seen the pro version in action and my NEQ6 looked like an infant beside it :)

    no nerro its on a pier already my payload is 36lbs on a 50lbs cgem dx
    and you can hear the motors are a little strained im not going to buy
    a new one but if i can get my hands on a used one ill take it then
    ill have 54lbs to spare not 14lbs then i can use my 90mm apo together.
