yeah no way they could have both open, that would just be too convenient for everyone (and the real reason that they would lose money from the multi-story)

Just seen this on the DCU website "PLEASE NOTE: GROUND WORKS FOR A PROPOSED NEW BUILDING ON CAR PARK 3 ARE DUE TO COMMENCE IN 2013. THIS WILL LEAD TO A REDUCTION IN PARKING SPACES."
